Bachelor's Degree (BSc), Institute of Physics
03.03.03 Radiophysics
Program Overview
Radiophysics applied to Engineering is a multidisciplinary field, using the principles of Physics to understand, develop and apply technologies related to electromagnetic waves in this field. This branch is immersed in the understanding of various phenomena. Radiophysics seeks to optimize and improve the efficiency of different systems, such as medical imaging equipment, taking advantage of physical fundamentals to innovate in the creation and improvement of technologies that have a direct impact on the daily life of the community. This branch of Physics specializes in the analysis of the properties of electromagnetic waves and their interaction with matter, with the purpose of designing efficient devices and systems in areas such as medicine.
We train highly qualified researchers and engineers to work in scientific organizations, universities, the Russian Academy of Sciences, enterprises of the real sector in the field of radio electronics, specialists in the field of IT technologies.
