Program Overview

Nanoengineering is the engineering field focused on the study, development and refinement of materials at a very small scale. The program is aimed at obtaining professional higher technical education in the field of Micro- and Nano-electronics, Nanotechnology and Nanomaterials.

This bachelors program provides the formation of the graduate not only professional competencies related to nanotechnology, but also universal and general professional competencies, to effectively implement the tasks of professional formation and personal self-development.

  6. Complex of educational scanning probe microscopes NanoEducator;
  7. technological hermozosis on the basis of clean rooms of class ISO 5/7 with a complex of equipment for the formation of micro- and nano-mechanics structures, structural studies and monitoring and measuring equipment for various purposes, including plasmochemical deposition and etching, electron beam and magnetron sputtering, pulse photon and thermal annealing, photolithography site, etc.
