The regional House of Folk Art has changed beyond recognition, at the entrance of the students of the Faculty of Economics of the Southern Federal University, the organizers greeted the guests and gave them an unusual gift of a sea-green fork, it was with such a fork that the little mermaid Ariel combed her beautiful hair. Then the audience was invited to try their luck on the Wheel of Fortune, the winner picked up a prize — real pirate gold (actually chocolate!). But that's not all, especially for the guests of the studio, Ariel prepared an incredibly beautiful photo zone where everyone could take a photo for memory, and starfish and seahorses offered everyone to participate in contests, for example, to get a magic bag directly into the fish house or find pearls hidden under shells

The little mermaid did not leave the jury members without a gift either, giving everyone a small music box with a song from the cartoon as a souvenir.

The ocean is unpredictable and changeable, majestic and beautiful, it can provide protection, and it can expose you to deadly dangers. And each number of the artists: songs, dances, shadow theater, multi-genre number and techno-art number formed into a single harmonious picture, showing the marine world in all its diversity, and the story of two lovers tender and tremulous

Ariel and Prince Eric had a lot of trials, they had to face the misunderstanding of their loved ones, the treachery of the evil sea witch Ursula and the main test of true love.

The Little Mermaid is one of the most beloved fairy tales of childhood, and the artists tried to tell it so that every viewer understands the main moral of the story — you can understand each other without words, and it is also very important to sincerely believe in your dream and true love, which always defeats evil.

It is impossible not to note the large-scale work of the creators of the costumes, especially everyone was struck by the huge and frightening tentacles of the witch, no less vivid images were of other sea creatures: moray eels, starfish and seahorses, King Triton himself with a shining trident and, of course, the brilliant, unique, red from head to claws crab Sebastian. 

Elizaveta Kukhareva, a student of the Institute of Philology, Journalism and Intercultural Communication of the SFedU, who played the role of Ursula, expressed her gratitude to the Faculty of Economics of the SFedU and the organizers of the student conference.

The student session of the Faculty of Economics of the Southern Federal University turned out to be spectacular, kind, funny and romantic!
