Mountains of gold, jewelry and fun appeared before the audience on March 14 on the stage of the Regional House of Folk Art. Students of the Academy of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the Southern Federal University have discovered the magical world of the city of El Dorado, where there is no place for troubles and misfortunes.
The plot of spring is based on the cartoon of the same name "The Road to El Dorado", where the main characters are two friends – Miguel and Tulio. They are the best friends and partners in crime in Spain during the era of research.
After winning a mysterious dice card, they travel to El Dorado, the legendary golden city, where they meet a girl named Chel. She helps them deceive the inhabitants of the city, making the townspeople believe that they are Miguel and Tulio – gods.
Before the heroes manage to return home to Spain, they will have to not reveal their secret and withstand the "trials" from the high priest of El Dorado – Tsekel-Kan.
The main roles were played by Vitaly Oskolkov and Ivan Druzyakin, and the beautiful Chel was performed by Anastasia Shatskaya.
The students showed 15 performances of different genres, including vocals, choreography and a plastic sketch. In addition, the author's song was performed on stage, performed by the VOX vocal studio.
The Faculty of Physics will perform the concert "Atlantis: The Lost World" on March 15 as part of the Student Spring 2024 festival.
