The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the International Track is Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The purpose of the International track is to attract highly qualified personnel from all over the world, to show the openness and advantages of our country to a large number of people in other countries, as well as Russia's interest in supporting the Russian—speaking population living abroad. By the decision of the Supervisory Board of the International track, all 70 contestants who took part in the final received certificates for applying for Russian citizenship under a simplified procedure.
