  • Regional foreign language (English)
    The course of English for specific purposes is designed for intermediate and upper-intermediate students and covers such topics as "Branding and advertising", "Money and Finance", "Globalisation and international markets", "Human resources", "Business Culture", "Ethics in Business" and etc. Within the course framework students practise not only general skills in listening, reading, speaking and writing, but learn basic rules of public speaking and presenting and writing formal letters.
  • Urban History and Culture in Business Communication
    The course foregrounds the knowledge of cultural and historic space establishment in urban environment. Aim of the course is to study contemporary urban cultural and symbolic environment, shaped by historical events, displayed in cultural artefacts, mindset, features of urban planning, and its implementation in modern business communication. The objectives of the course are: • to master the framework of categories and concepts; • to shape integral comprehension about modern business communication in contemporary urban environment; • to study historical images and cultural symbols in urban environment, implement historical images and cultural symbols in contemporary urban business communication; • to develop project work skills in analysis the usage of historical images and cultural symbols in contemporary urban business communication.
