Research interests:

cognitive linguistics, psycholinguistics, pragmalinguistics, theory and practice of translation, stylistics, poetry translation

 

Research projects:

Participated in international and All-Russian science conferences, dedicated to relevant aspects of linguistics, published 38 articles, 1 monograph (Modern marketing discourse within pragmatic and linguatranslation analysis), 8 manuals.

Took part in III All-Russian contest of post-graduate projects on cognitive linguistics, organized by Tambov state university of G.R. Dergavin with Institute of linguistics of RAS and All-Russian social organization “Russian association of linguists”

Since 2010 Member of Russian Union of Translators

In 2011 an interpreter during international negotiations EURORAI 2011 with assistance of Rostov Region Administration

In 2016 an interpreter during the international accordian contest "Coupe Mondial" in Rostov-on-Don.

There was conducted an express-course within the Week of Academic Mobility "Corporate etiquette on modern bisuness world" 

Have obtained certificates of the following retraining courses:

Teaching:

  • Theory and practice of translation/interpreting
    It offers written translation, oral interpreting and film and video subtitling within a single course. This complete and integrated approach to language services is demanding but it provides you with the expertise to work in business, film, TV or tourism.

  • Psycholinguistics
    Psycholinguistics or psychology of language is the study of the psychological and neurobiological factors that enable humans to acquire, use, and understand language.
  • English practice
    Improving your studying skills in the hopes of better acquiring the ability to comprehend and communicate in English may seem like a daunting task. Learning a language is largely a matter of putting in the necessary effort to acclimate to an entirely new knowledge set. However, there are plenty of tips and tricks to help to learn English in particular, and a handful of studying methods that are as enjoyable as they are helpful.
  • Slang study
    Slang is highly informal and is often used in colloquial speech. It is a part of a language that is usually outside of conventional or standard usage and that may consist of both newly coined words and phrases and of new or extended meanings attached to established terms
