Algorithm analysis and design synthesis of nonlinear electric circuits with lumped parameters, modeling of processes in electric and electronic devices of electric power systems, software tools for simulation of electrical and robotic systems.

Symbolic analysis of electric structure of material for analog and digital coherent electronics products.

Mathematical modeling of electromagnetic wave processes in materials of high-speed integrated circuits.
