1.To provide the students with a basic understanding of the socio-psychological methodology business consulting.

4.To examine the relationship between business entities and consultant.
5.To study the typology of business consulting.
6.To develop ideas about the procedures of choosing a business consultant.

The formation of psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment
The purpose of discipline is formation at students of ability to analyze hazards, risk education, and to develop a prevention program safe environment.
Objectives: to conduct a theoretical analysis of the problem of safety and comfort of the educational environment; to develop psycho-pedagogical prevention program a safe learning environment. consulting teachers on the problem; search for the optimal solution.
Formed competencies: PK-11 - the ability to build a system of additional education; PK-23 - ability to conduct expert evaluation of the educational environment.

Ethnopedagogics and Ethnopsychology
The goal is to form students ' understanding of the subject of psychology, its components, phenomena and regularities that national characteristics of behavior and different ethnic groups
Tasks of teaching of discipline
• reveal the specific nature of ethnic psychology;
• to introduce the history of development of psychology in Russia and other countries;
• to show students different approaches to the study of ethnic phenomena and phenomena based on the principles of explanation and understanding of the paradigm;
• demonstrate the importance of identifying ethnic patterns to modern politics, economy and social spheres of society.
Formed competencies: PK-4 ability to identify specific mental functioning of the person with consideration of the peculiarities of the age stages, developmental crises and risk factors of belonging to a gender, ethnic, professional and other social groups;
PK-8 - the ability to carrying out a standard applied research in a specific area of psychology.
