06.2011 - to the present. - Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, Rostov-on-Don.
On August 2, 2011, President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, in order to ensure the implementation of priority measures aimed at improving the investment climate in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, entrusted the authorities to assist economic entities in the implementation of private investment projects, primarily in the area of investor interaction Federal executive bodies, executive authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation and local self-government bodies, and Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District, VN Gurbu.
