Teaching:

  • Organizational behavior
    The purpose of the discipline: the formation of bachelors holistic understanding of the basics of organizational behavior and its features in various fields (industrial, social); as well as the assimilation of the theoretical foundations and practical skills to manage the behavior of people (groups, organizations) in the process of work.
  • Theory and practice of management decision-making
    The purpose of the development of the discipline is to form the bachelors of knowledge, skills and competencies that ensure their quality management decisions. Objectives: to form knowledge of the basic concepts of the subject, methodological and organizational bases of development and management decision-making; to develop the ability to organize the process of development of management decisions, to apply effective methods of optimization; to master the competencies necessary for making informed management decisions.
  • The system of organizational management
    The purpose of development of the discipline "organizational management System" is to form undergraduates system of knowledge, skills and competencies that ensure their quality management decisions in the system of organizational management based on the study of patterns of development of organizations at different stages of the life cycle, organizational and methodological foundations of the study of management systems, diagnostics of organizational management, as well as the study of the basic methods of development and decision-making.
  • Economics and management of the enterprise
    The purpose of the course "Economics and management of the enterprise" is to develop students 'professional competencies in the field of management of the enterprise in a market economy, as well as the implementation of accounting policy; development of students' economic thinking, the acquisition of analytical skills and accounting work, the ability to justify decisions in the field of rational use of enterprise resources.
  • Information technologies in state and municipal management
    As part of the discipline, students will get acquainted with information technology and e-government in the system of state and municipal administration, as well as study approaches to assessing the effectiveness of information technology in the system of GMU
  • Management decision-making methods
    The purpose of mastering the discipline is to form students ' knowledge, skills and competencies that ensure their quality management decisions. Objectives: to form knowledge of the basic concepts of the subject, methodological and organizational bases of development and management decision-making; to develop the ability to organize the process of development of management decisions, to apply effective methods of optimization; to master the competencies necessary for making informed management decisions.
  • Analytical tools for strategic decision-making
    As part of the study of the discipline, students will get acquainted with the methods of development and adoption of strategic management decisions, as well as the organization and control of the execution of decisions
