- Literature and culture of the XX – XXI centuries, creativity of M. A. Sholokhov, literature of Russian Abroad.
- Management of research work of graduate students on candidate's theses and students on master's theses on topics connected with the field of research interests.

Graduated from the philological faculty of RSU. Author of about 200 works on the history of Russian literature of XX-XXI centuries. Work experience at SFU (RSU) – 42 years. One of the authors of the "Sholokhov encyclopedia", widely recognized by the scientific community. Head of the scientific direction "Work of M. A. Sholokhov in the culture of Russia". Permanent participant of the international scientific-practical conference "Sholokhovskie chtenia" (V. Veshenskaya). Member of the editorial board of the magazine "Mir Sholokhova" (Moscow). Supervisor of several successfully defended candidate dissertations.

  • "History of Russian literature of the XX ; XXI centuries (part 2)"
    "History of Russian literature of the XX ; XXI centuries (part 2)": the course aims to give an overview of the cultural and historical background, to identify the main trends in the development of Russian literature of the XX-XXI centuries, to reveal the relationship between the two streams of Russian literature ; metropolis and Diaspora, to compare Russian literature of the XX; XXI centuries with the main trends in the development of European culture, to deepen students' understanding of the literary process of the XX century, to determine the place of Russian literature of the XX; XXI centuries in the history of world literature.
  • "Russia and the West: literary and cultural relations"
    "Russia and the West: literary and cultural relations": the purpose of the course is the study of the interaction of literature and culture of Russia XX century and the culture and literature of the West, the place of Russian literature in the history of world literature.
  • "Literature of Russian Abroad"
    "Literature of Russian Abroad": the course's aim is to develop students' aesthetic wealth and the main trends in the development of literature of Russian emigration as part of the national culture of the XX century.
  • "Modern Russian drama and theater"
    "Modern Russian drama and theater": the purpose is to reach an effective development of aesthetic wealth and the main trends in the development of Russian drama of the late XX ; early XXI centuries, the identification of its genre and style diversity.
  • "M. A. Sholokhov: stages of development of creative heritage"
    "M. A. Sholokhov: stages of development of creative heritage": the course is designed to give an idea of the work of M. A. Sholokhov as a comprehensive phenomenon associated with the literary process of the XIX ; XX centuries, to show its actual meaning and significance.
  • "Russian culture through the prism of literature"
    "Russian culture through the prism of literature": the aim of the course is to study the interaction of Russian culture and artistic work in order to determine the place of literary art in the historical and cultural context.
