  • Personel assessment
    The purpose of studying the discipline is a systematic study of the theoretical foundations, methodological and practical issues of the human resource assessment system, assessment tools at the stage of hiring new employees and at the stage of their direct work in the organization, principles, structure and organization of the Assessment Center, personnel assessment in the HR Management system.
  • Personal management
    The proposed training course is aimed at forming an idea of ​​self-management, methods and techniques for managing a personal career, rationalizing one's own work, techniques and techniques of persuasion, methods of increasing and maintaining one's working capacity.
  • Law and accounting in personnel management
    The module "Development of labor legislation in Russia" of the discipline "Law and accounting in personnel management" is supposed to be a practice-oriented training module that develops practical skills of students and translates theoretical knowledge of a number of studied disciplines into the sum of practical skills.Labor law is one of the most important branches of Russian law, its norms apply to everyone who enters into labor relations. As part of this course, students will learn how to competently apply labor law, analyze conflict situations. The purpose of mastering the module "Toolkit of the accounting and legal mechanism of personnel management" of the discipline "Law and accounting in personnel management" is to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of modern software tools for automating personnel and management accounting and methods of their maintenance.
  • Fundamentals of Labor Law and Office Work
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to study the legislation in the field of labor organization, familiarize students with the rules for the development and execution of documents of the personnel service.
  • Leadership, Career and Time Management
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to acquire leadership skills in the management of departments, services of the management apparatus of the organization and structures of their own business; the formation of an idea of ​​management itself, methods and techniques for managing a personal career, rationalizing one's own labor, techniques and methods of persuasion, methods of increasing and maintaining one's working capacity.
  • Time management
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to develop students' skills in time management, time planning, goal setting and algorithms for achieving them.
  • Personal performance management
    The purpose of the discipline is to acquire skills in managing personal effectiveness, leadership and management of departments, services of the management apparatus of the organization and structures of their own business; formation of an idea of ​​management itself, methods and techniques of managing a personal career, rationalizing one's own labor, techniques and methods of persuasion, methods of increasing and maintaining one's working capacity. Participation in the settlement of organizational conflicts at the level of the unit and the working team (group).
