He was born on 07/04/1978 in Rostov n/D. from 1986 to 1995 he studied at the MOE Secondary School N18 Rostov n /D. After successfully graduating from school in 1995, he entered the History Department of Rostov State University, from which he graduated in 1999 with honors, receiving a bachelor's degree in history. Since 1999, he continued his studies at the Graduate School of History of the Russian State University, from which he graduated in 2001, receiving a diploma with honors. The topic of the master's thesis: "The Union Party on October 17 in 1905 - 1907." In 2001, he entered full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Historical Political Science in the direction 07002 (National History), which he graduated in 2004, prematurely (October 15, 2004) defending his thesis on: "The Union of October 17 Party: the process of ideological self-determination" in the dissertation council d. 212.208.08 in historical sciences at the Russian State University. in 2018, he was awarded the title of associate professor in the direction 07.00.02 (Special history). Received the title of associate professor in the field of National history 07.00.02 in 2018.
On September 1, 2004, he was hired as an assistant at the Department of Historical Political Science of the Faculty of History of the Southern Federal University. In 2006, he was transferred to the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Historical Political Science. In April 2008, he was transferred to the position of senior lecturer at the Department of Documentary Studies and Special Historical Disciplines of the Faculty of History of the Southern Federal University. From April 2008 to 2013, he held the position of Deputy Dean for Student Social Affairs. In September 2009, he was elected by competition to the position of Associate professor of the Department of Special Historical Disciplines and Documentary Studies. 2014-2019 Deputy Director of IIMO for Informatization. from 2011-2019, Head of the Bachelor's degree 46.03.02 (Documentation and archival science). Head of the pedagogical education direction 44.03.05 (history /English, 2017 enrollment), since 2021 head of the master's degree program 44.04.01 pedagogical education (theory and methodology of in-depth study of history and social studies). Research interests: the political history of Russia by the XIX-XX centuries, the history of Russian education, methods of teaching history. During his time at the university, he published more than 50 scientific and 12 educational and methodical works. He took part in 17 international and 32 All-Russian conferences. He completed professional retraining programs in documentation and management documentation, advanced training in history, information technology in education, teaching history and social studies. He has been the head of the regional branch of the All-Russian Association of Teachers of History and Social Studies since 2018, a member of the All-Russian Association of Intellectual History.
