  • Management
    The academic discipline "Management" refers to the cycle of basic disciplines. The purpose of studying the discipline is to form the bachelor's theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of management, in terms of: the main goals, functions, approaches, principles, directions of management; management system and structures; life cycle, laws, features of the functioning and development of organizations; management methods.
  • Economic history
    The academic discipline "History of Economics" belongs to the basic part (mandatory modules) Block 1. Implemented in 1 course in 1 semester. The purpose of studying the discipline: - to develop students ' competencies that allow them to navigate the world historical process, analyze the processes and phenomena occurring in society through the use of methods and means of knowledge necessary for intellectual development, raising the cultural level, professional activity; - to study the development of various models of economic development of the leading countries of the world and Russia from the economy of the appropriating type to modern economic structures, as well as the features of their changes, the transformation of the laws of such movement, their connection with all aspects of public life.
  • Remuneration of labor
    Academic discipline "remuneration" refers to the variable part of Block 1. The purpose of studying the discipline is the formation of students ' theoretical orientations in the field of practical use of motivational theories to achieve personal and organizational goals, professional knowledge in the field of modern control systems, financial and non-financial rewards, competences in the field of strategic approach to development of modern payment systems, focused on performance and competence.
  • The management staff of the organization
    The academic discipline "Organization Personnel Management" belongs to the basic part of Block 1. The purpose of studying the discipline is to form a systematic understanding of modern principles, methods, functions and technologies of personnel management.
  • Economics and Project management in Social Systems
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to form a set of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of project management in social systems of various types and levels of hierarchy, as well as basic competencies for developing, evaluating and making managerial decisions in the field of project management within the framework of organizational and managerial activities.
