In 1992 he graduated from Rostov state pedagogical University, the industrial-pedagogical faculty. Since 1998 lecturer of the Rostov state pedagogical University. In 2005 she defended her thesis on "Student-oriented communicative technologies of training of students of pedagogical higher education institution" in the specialty 13.00.08 - theory and methodology of professional education. The degree of candidate of pedagogical Sciences awarded by the dissertation Council of the Rostov state pedagogical University on 22 June 2005 and approved by VAK of the Russian Federation on 16 December 2005. Since 2006 - associate Professor of the Department of pedagogy of the Pedagogical Institute of "southern Federal University".
In 2013 was awarded the academic title of associate Professor in the Department of pedagogy.
The experience of scientific and pedagogical work is 23 years, including the experience of pedagogical work in educational institutions of higher professional education – 20 years.
In 2002 has passed professional retraining under the program "Management in social sphere". In 2006 passed training courses at the Research center MSISaA under the program "education quality Management" (500 hours). In 2009 passed the theoretical training program "Requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008. Internal audit of the quality management system", approved by the certification Association "Russian Register", and have successfully passed the theoretical exam. Since 2009 as an internal QMS auditor at southern Federal University.

In 2016 at MGTU of N. Uh.
