Lyudmila V. Burenko’s research interests lie in the spheres of language theory, issues connected with the origin of the language, grammatical semantics, syntax of English and Russian (studied synchronically and diachronically), typology, the theory, practice and methodology of teaching foreign languages at school and in higher education (linguistic and non-linguistic specialities).
