    The course includes theoretical information on such topics as: the concept of strategic management, strategic choice, strategic analysis, strategy formation of companies of different levels, implementation of strategy and control systems, etc.
  • Innovation management / Innovative management / Innovation management and decision making
    The course includes theoretical information on the following topics: the concept of innovation management, life cycle innovation, development and launch of a new product to the market, innovation project management,managing quality and reliability of a new product, the interaction of innovation and strategic management.
  • The ICT market and sales organization
    The course is intended to provide the students with necessary knowledge about marketing in the ICT field, methods of analysis of high-tech markets of goods and services master technology sales organization in the field of ICT.
  • Personnel management

    The aim of mastering the discipline "Financial management" is the formation of general professional and professional competencies, the acquisition and improvement of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of financial resources management of the enterprise.
