Shevchenko Inna Konstantinovna graduated from the Taganrog state radio engineering university in 1998 with honors. I received specialty "Management" with qualification assignment the economist manager. The master of management in 1999 with honors ended a magistracy of the Taganrog state radio engineering university in the Management direction with qualification assignment.
All labor activity is connected with Southern Federal University (earlier Taganrog state radio engineering university).
I worked as the assistant to department of management, economy and marketing of the Taganrog state radio engineering university During the period since 1999-2003. In 2003-2004 – the assistant to department of economy in connection with reorganization of the above-named department.
I defended the master's thesis with award of an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in 2003.
I held a position of the associate professor of economy of Southern Federal University in connection with election on tender from September 1, 2004 to October 27, 2010.
In 2008 the academic status of the associate professor on department of economy was given.
Since October, 2010 it is transferred to a position of professor of department of economy where worked till March, 2012.
In 2010 – the academic degree of the Doctor of Economics is awarded. The doctoral dissertation is defended in 2009 on a subject: "Tool and technological support of process of management of economic systems: program and project approach".
During the period since 2012-2014 – the dean of faculty of management in economic and social systems of Southern Federal University.
From February, 2014 to June, 2014 I worked as the vice rector for the organization of project activities of Southern Federal University.
Since June 30, 2014 it is transferred to a position of the vice rector for the organization of scientific and project and innovative activities of federal public autonomous educational institution of the higher education Southern Federal University and works till present.
Area of scientific interests: problems of regional economy and economic growth, a problem of management in social and economic systems, problems of the balanced development of industrial sector and questions of industrial economy, management of innovative activities. 125 scientific and educational and methodical works, 17 monographs are published.
Member of dissertation council D 212.208.28.
Expert of Russian Academy of Sciences, expert of Russian scientific fund, expert of Republican research scientific advice center of examination.
Over the last 5 years scientific activities are supported by projects:
- Russian state scientific fund "Structural and industrial policy in system of technological ways: mechanisms and directions of upgrade", project manager;
- Russian state scientific fund "Modelling of Processes of Reindustrialization of Territorial and Industry Complexes in Architecture of Economical and Geographical Space of Russia", project manager;
- Russian Federal Property Fund "Modeling and forecasting of dynamics of development of innovative potential of national economy";
- Research work federal target program "Methodology of modeling of the interbudget relations in system of social and economic development of the region";
- Research work "Information and Methodological Maintenance of Monitoring of Paid Services, Assessment of Effectiveness of Actions for Increase in Efficiency of Budgeted Expenses and Quality of Financial Management in a Public Sector of Science and Education";
- Research work" Development and Deployment of Model of Interrelation of Implementation of Innovative Projects of Youth and Students with Social and Economic Development of the Country", project manager;
- Research work "Implementation of Principle of Collective Leadership in a Management System of Educational Institution of Higher Education (Legal Aspect)".
Regularly takes part in work of scientific and practical conferences of the international, Russian and regional levels.

2017 – «Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N.Yeltsin» - according to the program "Education economy: planning, the analysis and control financially – economic activity of the educational organizations of the higher education" (the certificate 9664).
It is awarded by the Letter of acknowledgement of the President of the Russian Federation for active participation in work on strengthening of friendship between the people (2014).
