  • Fundamentals of Behavioral Economics
    The study of this discipline will expand and deepen knowledge in the field of modern economic theory based on the development of the categorical apparatus and modern methodology of the scientific direction in the study of economic phenomena - behavioral economics and experimental methods; gain competencies to address the basic concepts of behavioral economics.
  • Personnel management in project activities
    The purpose of studying this discipline is to form a systematic understanding among students of the current stage of development of the concept of personnel management, approaches, technologies and tools for personnel management in project activities.
  • Personnel Marketing
    The discipline is studied with the aim of students obtaining the fundamentals of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of forming the foundations of strategic personnel management, mastering skills in the development and implementation of an organization's personnel policy based on marketing principles to identify the need, formulate orders for organizations in training and development of personnel in accordance with the current situation.
  • Labor productivity management
    The discipline is intended to develop students' professional competencies in the field of organization and regulation of labor, including: organization of the system, forms and technologies of rational interaction of workers with the means of production and with other workers within the framework of labor processes in the sphere of production and services.
  • Organizational personnel management
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to form a systemic view of the principles, methods, functions and technologies of personnel management.
  • Talent management
    The goals of mastering the discipline are to expand and deepen knowledge in the field of modern labor economics based on the development of the categorical apparatus and modern methodology of the scientific direction in the study of economic phenomena and approaches to the development of employees of organizations.
