Computer Aided Design of computers and microelectronics products.

Intellectualization of design procedures in CAD.

Bioinspired and heuristic methods and algorithms for solving optimization problems.

Algorithms of transport logistics, three-dimensional placement of various-sized blocks in the volume of an automobile container, cross-docking and management of a transit automobile terminal.

Algorithms for dynamic planning of loading of containers, three-dimensional placement and reloading of containers on container ships and on sections of a temporary storage warehouse in multimodal transit container terminals.

Development of multimedia electronic educational resources: software, subsystems and computer training environments; automated test subsystems; subsystems of operational control of the educational process and management of its components; subsystems of support and accompaniment of course and diploma design, subsystems of support and accompaniment of the department entrants and graduates.

Teaching:

  • Operiting systems
    This discipline is the stream one (100-150 students) and includes: at all 180 hours (5 ZET),lections - 36, labs - 36,seif-learning -72, exam -36. The discipline has two modules: 1.Operiting systems basics. 2.Architecture and mechanisms of operatimg systems. Every student has to do 6 labs,2 referates on actual themes and to pass 2 control works after modules.
  • Computer networks
    This discipline is the stream one (100-150 students) and includes: at all 180 hours (5 ZET),lections - 36, labs - 36,seif-learning -72, exam -36. The discipline has two modules: 1.Introduction into computer networks. 2.Technologies of local area networks and wide area networks. Every student has to do 8 labs,2 referates on actual themes and to pass 2 control works after modules.
  • Perspective information technologies and environments
    This discipline is the elective one (25-50 students) and includes: at all 144 hours (4 ZET),lections - 36, labs - 36,seif-learning -72, differentiated credit. The discipline has two modules: 1.Information technologies, telecommunication environments. 2.Multimedia and hypermedia, virtual reality and other combined environments. Every student has to do 8 labs,2 referates on actual themes and to write 2 control works after modules.
  • Multimedia technologies
    This discipline is the variative one (25-50 students) and includes: at all 180 hours (5 ZET),lections - 36, labs - 54,seif-learning -90, differentiated credit. The discipline has two modules: 1.Multimedia technologies basics. 2.Virtual reality, creation of multimedia products, application of multimedia technologies in professional activities. Every student has to do 12 labs,2 referates on actual themes and to write 2 control works after modules.
  • Multimedia technologies
    This discipline is the elective one in module of university academic mobility (MUAM) (25-50 students) and includes: at all 180 hours (5 ZET),lections - 36, labs - 36,seif-learning -108, credit. The discipline has two modules: 1.Multimedia technologies basics. 2.Virtual reality, creation of multimedia products, application of multimedia technologies in professional activities. Every student has to do 12 labs,2 referates on actual themes and to write 2 control works after modules.
