The problems of the establishment, reorganization, liquidation of economic entities; property basis of their activities; Corporate management and control; rights and responsibilities of corporate members; responsibility in corporate relations. The textbook covers both private law and public law aspects of corporate activity - anti-monopoly control, legal regulation of the securities issue. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of theoretical positions of scientists and practitioners in the field of corporate law, each debatable issue is the author's view on the appropriate problem.

Provision of services as an object of civil rights
The analysis and identification of the essential features of services such as legal category. Also, the analysis features of the group of obligations to provide services, as a specific institute the law of obligations, including the specifics of performance of such obligations. These features are considered to be at the doctrinal level, and in their positive-legal forms.
