Research interests:

Philosophical anthropology, cognitivistics, NBICS-technologies, social technologies.

Research projects:

The reliability of the main provisions, conclusions and results of the study is due, firstly, to the correct application of the method of comparative philosophical-anthropological analysis and hypothetical-model cultural-anthropological design, as well as the appropriate application of the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches of the post-nonclassical scientific paradigm. Secondly, the author carried out the analysis and analysis of a large number of literature, used foreign sources (in the bibliography of 213 items, including 27 in English) and involved in the dissertation research the original ideas of contemporary Western philosophers.
The novelty of the dissertation research is achieved due to the fact that for the first time from the position of the interdisciplinary approach of post-non-classical science the author subjects philosophical analysis to the phenomenon of bodily conditioning of mental processes in the conditions of the newest anthropotechnological transformations. Chapny E.V. carefully analyzes modern concepts on the problems of the relationship between the mental and the physical, and also compares the main provisions of these concepts with the actual tasks of the NBICS convergence. In this regard, the study contains a number of provisions with elements of novelty. The author's attempt to actualize Spinoza's ideas seems to be a successful one, arguing the assumption that a number of B. Spinoza's theoretical theories turned out to be relevant and consonant with the ideas of modern science about man. The author's attempt to actualize and adapt the idea of the "embodied mind" and, in particular, such concepts as "embodied knowledge" and "embodied mind", is also seen as an original attempt to update and adapt to the field of modern domestic philosophical anthropology.

The author published 22 works with a total volume of 12.8 pp, including 4 articles in the publications included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation; one monograph and 17 publications in other publications, of which 2 in English. The main results of the dissertation research were tested at the World Philosophical Congress in Athens (Greece), the All-Russian Philosophical Congress in Nizhny Novgorod, five international scientific conferences and three All-Russian conferences.
