Main objective of course is formation representation about the general theoretical bases of corporate culture and its role in system of strategic management of the organization, formation of control systems of corporate culture, a role of communications in system of construction of corporate culture. Acquaintance to questions of occurrence, diagnostics and development of organizational cultures of the companies and making elements.
