Field of research: Psychology of hindered communication and conflict interaction.

Research interests: social and psychological determinants of conflict interaction, representations of other and oneself as a difficult communication partner, dynamics of these representations, conflict competence of company managers and employees, verbal and nonverbal conflictogenes
