Research interests:
Elena Chichina is engaged in research work in the fields of aesthetics and the world and Russian cinema art. The results of the work have been published in more than 80 scholar papers. They include learning guides and textbooks on aesthetics and the history and theory of arts (officially recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation), chapters in the textbooks dedicated to cultural studies, reports made at the cultural studies congresses and conferences and their proceedings, publications in the journals recommended by the All-Russian Attestation Commission (VAK), etc.
