  • Organizational behavior
    The study of this course will allow students to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in managing the behavior of individuals and groups, which they can use in their work.
  • Conflictology
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to teach the skills of constructive conflict resolution and effective behavior in conflict situations.
  • Personal Performance Management
    The purpose of studying the discipline is to acquire skills in managing personal efficiency, leadership and leadership of departments, services of the organization's management apparatus and structures of their own business; forming an idea of self-management, methods and techniques for managing personal career, rationalization of their own work, techniques and methods of persuasion, methods of improving and maintaining their efficiency. Participation in the settlement of organizational conflicts at the level of a division and a working team (group). Assessment of the effectiveness of an individual and a group in an organization, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of managerial decision-making.
  • Leadership, Career and Time Management
