Research interests:
Research interests Alekseev D.M. lies in the development of effective algorithms for the analysis of modern block ciphers, including using distributed multiprocessor systems and technologies (MPI). As a result of the research carried out, algorithms for the analysis of symmetric block ciphers were developed and investigated based on the use of the slide attack method. Alekseev D.M. identified and considered the main stages that make up slide and linear cryptanalysis methods. For each stage of the considered method, its complexity and degree of dependence on the structure of the cipher under study are determined. The use of the developed algorithms makes it possible to give a comprehensive assessment of the reliability of the used information security system, built on the basis of modern cryptographic means, which undoubtedly plays an important role in ensuring information security.
Alekseev D.M. 1 certificate of state registration of a computer program was received.
From 2015 to 2016 Alekseev D.M. was the executor of the RFBR grant N 15-37-20007-mol-a-ved "Development and research of sequential and parallel algorithms for assessing the strength of the project encryption standard GOST".
From 2017 to 2019 Alekseev D.M. was the executor of the RFBR grant N17-07-00654 A "Development and research of sequential and parallel algorithms for the analysis of modern symmetric ciphers using MPI, NVIDIA CUDA, SageMath technologies".
In the course of research activities and work on projects, Alekseev D.M. a total of 89 scientific works were published (of which 3 were published in the VAK journals (2 were accepted for publication), in other publications placed in the RSCI - 61).
Alekseev D.M. is the winner of the competition "Student of the Year; 2016" of the Rostov Region in the nomination "Young Scientist" (October 2016, Rostov-on-Don), a participant in the Final of the Russian National Award "Student of the Year; 2016" in the nomination "Young Scientist of the Year of Educational organizations of higher education "(November 2016, Stavropol).
Alekseev D.M. awarded a diploma for 2nd place following the results of the All-Russian open competition in 2016 for the best scientific work of students in the field of information security, conducted by UMO IB (November 2016), is the winner in the nomination "Student of the Year" of the All-Russian competition for young specialists and educational centers in the field of information security "Infoforum; new generation" (February 2017, Moscow).
