Teaching:

  • Sociology of Journalism
    The course deals with the formation of the journalism sociology as a separate branch of knowledge, its modern structure, explores the basic methods of gathering the empirical data, especially the content analysis of the media and mediametrie.
  • Russian Journalism History
    The course examines the main stages of media systems development, the historical transformation of newspapers content,the forms and methods communication editorial offices with the audience, examines the creative legacy of the famous Russian journalists in the XX - beginning of XXI centuries.
  • Journalist skill
    Work in a creative workshop covers all stages making nonfiction: from idea to publication.
  • Journalistic creativity as an object of study
    The course considers the modern methodological approaches and methods for studying the creative heritage of journalist.
