Development of effective programs for psychological work with teams associated with increasing harmony, improving the climate, reducing conflict, setting up management activities. There are developments related to the work of a psychologist-coach in teams (business trainings, personal growth trainings, coaching groups, etc.). Introduction of the system of professional retraining on the basis of competency models of professions. Adaptation and implementation of advanced coaching technologies in education and counseling.
