Research interests:
In 1994 graduated from the Rostov State University majoring in "Geological shooting, searches and investigation of mineral deposits". Since 1994 the teacher, and since 2000 the senior teacher of department. Since 2000 till present worked as the performer of NIR on grants of Ministry of Education and SFU.
The regional researches including studying of a lithology of a minerageniya, forecasting, prospecting, thematic works
Scientific achievements, publications: A. N. Lednev author of 40 scientific and scientific and methodical works.
Public work: Within 14 years is the organizer of professional orientation work at geological and geographical faculty, participates in holding geological expeditions, meetings and Olympic Games of school students. Directs the circles "Young Geologist" at REGIONAL TsD Yutur and the Children's Ecological center Rostov-on-Don, MOE SOSH N2 Bataysk. It is awarded by the diploma of the Minister of Education of the RHO for a contribution to development of children's geological driving.

Priorities: Features of structure, conditions of accumulation and minerageniya early Perm krasnotsvetnykh of deposits of the western part of the Front Range (North Caucasus.)
