Creation of an interdisciplinary research laboratory, the main tasks of which are to develop a psycholinguistic concept and methodology for the diagnosis and development of cultural intelligence, to determine its role in the formation of cultural, linguistic and civic identity, to develop a methodology and interdisciplinary tools for forecasting and managing communication in conditions of its potential risk of conflict in a multiethnic region.
