Creation of a mirror laboratory together with the International Laboratory of Quantum Optoelectronics of the Higher School of Economics, aimed at developing methods and approaches for implementing effective control of the formation parameters and characteristics of epitaxial A3B5 nanostructures compatible with the basic technological processes of semiconductor technology.
