Representatives of the SFedU Faculty of Law were invited as speakers to a large-scale legal event, the Moscow Innovative Legal Forum. The Forum annually brings together hundreds of representatives of the legal and technical spheres from all over the country in an effort to improve the legal regulation of information technologies, and in particular, artificial intelligence technologies.
Elena Smagina, Head of the Department of Civil Procedure and Labor Law, Doctor of Law, and Elena Frolova, Associate Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics, PhD, spoke at the "AI assistants in Justice: Risks and Prospects" platform, sharing the experience of lawyers who initiated the creation and training of an artificial intelligence model designed for assistance to the judge in preparing civil cases for trial.
The speech provoked a response in the professional, expert environment and among the audience, promising agreements were reached.

We sincerely thank the moderator of the site, Head of the Department of Civil and Administrative Proceedings of the Moscow State Law School, Ph.D. Sergey Mikhailov for the invitation and a brilliantly organized dialogue. We would also like to thank Igor Zinoviev, Dean of the SFedU Faculty of Law, PhD, for supporting the development of innovations at the Faculty of Law of the Southern Federal University.
