From 4 to 6 May, the educational shift "Event Marathon 2.0" from the Faculty of Management took place on the basis of the practice and educational tourism of the SFedU "Belaya Rechka" (Republic of Adygea). The participants were students who combined intensive training, real-world case solving and master classes from invited experts for five days.
The shift program included both professional blocks and outdoor activities: team battles, sports events, hiking to waterfalls, evening meetings and games.

Among the key activities of the shift:
development and presentation of sports projects;
solving force majeure situations in the format of game cases;
theme nights: opening of the shift in the style of "visiting grandma in the village", intellectual game "What? Where? When?", the quest "Good night for kids";
a closing dance and a traditional "candle".

All participants received an official document on professional development, which can be included in the professional portfolio.
The following persons acted as teachers and mentors:
Dmitry Shevchenko – Dean of the SFedU Faculty of Management;
Olga Sinskaya – shift supervisor, Deputy Chairman of the Rostov Regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization Spartak;
Yulia Marakulina – Head of the Additional Professional Education Program;
Sergey Sitalo is the world, European and Russian record holder in powerlifting, fitness director of the Prime Sport&Spa fitness Club.

In addition to the educational part, the participants engaged in art therapy, volleyball, created photo teasers and short videos (reels), participated in friendly practical jokes. At the end of the shift, the organizers noted the high level of teamwork and emotional involvement of the students.
