The University began working in 1984 as a student. Went from engineer to head of Department (since 2014).

From 2002 to 2012, he led the scientific work at the faculty of electronics and engineering equipment. In 2006-2010 in the framework of the Federal programmes "Education" and "Nanoindustry infrastructure in the Russian Federation" direct participation was created and equipped the largest in the South of Russia scientific-educational center "Nanotechnology" and the center for collective use "Nanotechnologies".
Expert of the Russian Academy of Sciences, expert of the State Directorate of target scientific and technical program. Professor of the Russian Academy of natural Sciences. Member of the Russian Scientific and Technical Vacuum Society. Member of the regional representative offices of the Rostov region Nanotechnological russian society. Member of the Expert Council SFedU in the direction of "Nanotechnology". Member of the organizing Committee of the international conference on microelectronics and nanotechnology.
