Major trends in the work is medico-biological maintenance of the elite  sport  ( sport- diet, adaptation to the training loads , revealing  of the symptoms of the over-tiredness, correction of the training  process ,  modern methods of the preparation in the muscle endurance sport and questions of the state of health , prophylaxis and treatment of the diseases of the nosological forms. Functional testing  of the condition level and preparedness to the successful performance at the competition, non- doping  pharmacological support of the training process, estimate of the  body composition , problems of the selection)
