Research interests:

   Reception of ferroelectric films and investigation of their properties  

   the development on their basis of ferroelectric films of microwave devices    

 creation of measurement methods and instruments based on microcontrollers    

 measurement of acoustic emission parameters.

The author of more than 80 scientific articles and 6 inventions

Research projects:

Developed: ferroelectric phase shifters microwave on the basis of ferroelectric films, ahead of the world level for 10-15 years.

Developments are protected by author's certificates on devices and a way of reception of ferroelectric films.
