Information security of the individual and the media:

"Information security of the individual, society, state and media" is designed for students studying the theory and practice of information security. The course will help students to: get an idea of the goals, objectives, principles and main directions of information security; information security system; means and methods of protection of the person from illegal information impact; to understand such important issues as the role and place of information security in the national security system of the country; make an idea of the threat to information security of the state and society; information wars, methods and means of its conduct; the legal basis of information security; methods and systems of information security; means of information security in the processing of information constituting a state, official or trade secret, etc.

Research interests lie in the field of legal foundations and theory of journalism.
