Research interests - Knowledge management: theory, methodology, technology and internal practices. Management of the company's intangible assets; management consulting: content, forms and methods.

As part of the Agreement on Cooperation in Scientific and Educational activities of scientists from the Southern Federal University and the Institute of Serbian Culture Pristina – Leposavic, she was invited to conduct practical classes and lectures on the latest trends in the development of management science at the Institute of Serbian Culture, Pristina - Leposavic, with a temporary center in Leposavic (Serbia) from 06/15/2024 to 06/21/2024.

Participated as a mentor to the project team in the SFU SBS Creative 2024 acceleration program https://startup.sfedu.ru/sbs / support of project teams and student initiatives for the formation of innovative products of the Southern Federal University in the framework of the implementation of the federal project "Platform of University Technological Entrepreneurship" of the state program of the Russian Federation "Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation.

Participated as a mentor of the project team in the design and educational intensive course based on the model of the University of NTI "20.35" SfeduNet

Scientific, organizational and social work (membership in councils, editorial boards, etc.)  

Independent expert on participation in meetings of competition and attestation commissions in government agencies of the Rostov region

Has a commendation for participation in the mentors of the All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren in Entrepreneurship in 2026 from O.V. Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
