Senior lecturer of the Design department.
Was born in June 20, 1985 in Cherkessk.
In 2002, entered the Rostov State Academy of architecture and arts.
In 2007 graduated from the Academy.
From 2008 to 2010 - assistant lecturer at the Department of drawing of AAA.
Since 2011 has been working at the Department of design. Since 2013 has been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of design.
2012-2013 - worked as coordinator of the educational process in the Academy of architecture and arts of Southern Federal University.
2013-2016 - worked as responsible for the practices of the Academy of architecture and arts of Southern Federal University, coordinator of educational process in the Centre of the educational work of students.
2016-2017 - responsible for socio-educational work of the Academy of architecture and arts of southern Federal University.
Cherkasova M. N. develops in her professional activities.
In the sphere of professional interests Maria includes costume design, conceptual graphics, costumography, costume. In the Department of Design of AAA SFU Cherkasova M. N. leads the specialized discipline of "Design", "Basic industrial skills", " Costumography ", "Graduate engineering" for bachelors in the direction "costume Design" and " Costumography ".
All her knowledge and finds uses in teaching activities as a senior lecturer at the Department of Design of AAA SFU.
Cherkasova M. N. provides co-supervision and guidance on diploma projects in the field of "costume Design" and "Costumography" and the specialty "Artistic designing of costume", the diploma awarded high prizes at international and Russian contests and exhibitions.
Cherkasova M. N. is organizer of the majority of students’ exhibition projects.
