V.D. Mailyan (March 10, 1993), Doctor of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering Disciplines at the Southern Federal University Academy of Architecture and Engineering, has published over 40 scientific articles, a monograph, and textbooks.

In 2015, he graduated from the Rostov State University of Civil Engineering with a degree in Construction. That same year, he also graduated from the Institute of Applied Mathematics and Software Engineering at the Russian State Social University with a degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship. In 2017, he completed his Master's degree with honors at the Don State Technical University.

In 2020, he defended his PhD thesis in Construction Technology and Organization.

He has worked in various design organizations since 2010, holding the positions of engineer, lead engineer, and development director.

He has been teaching since 2016. Rostov-on-Don Construction College, courses: Fundamentals of Management and Marketing, Construction Economics, Pricing and Design Estimation in Construction.

Since 2020, he has worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of Construction and Design Estimation at the Southern Federal University.

Since September 2021, he has been responsible for research work in the Department of Construction and Design Estimation.

Since September 2022, he has worked as an associate professor in the Department of Construction and Design Estimation at the Southern Federal University.

Since December 2024, he has been a certified forensic expert and a member of the International Union of Forensic Experts.

In July 2025, he defended his doctoral dissertation in "Construction Technology and Organization."

He is actively involved in research, regularly participates in Russian and international conferences, and publishes textbooks.
