Research interests:

From 2009 to 2013 I studied at the bachelor's degree at the Department of Nanotechnology and Microsystem Technology. From 2013 to 2015 I was studying for a master's degree at the Department of Nanotechnology and Microsystem Technology.

Area of scientific interests: profiling of nanoscale structures by the method of focused ion beams, scanning electron microscopy.
