Circuit design, measurement and measuring instruments, transducers of electrical energy.

I work in various fields of radio engineering: measuring instruments, cryogenic microelectronics, electrical energy converters. Develop chips with the structure of metal-oxide-semiconductor operational amplifiers and switches for cryogenic technology, defecography for rail transport.
