From 1995 to 2000 she studied at Rostov State University, faculty of Economics, Department of management, full-time. At the end of training she received the diploma with honors. In 2004 she defended the dissertation on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of Economic Sciences on specialty 08.00.05. "The Strategic positioning of the company in terms of increased competition".

In 2013 she received the second higher education in Southern Federal University, obtained a diploma in the specialty "Jurisprudence" qualification of lawyer ( diploma with honors). She has developed and taught the courses: "Management", "Fundamentals of control theory", "Management of competitiveness of enterprises", "Personnel management", "Modern strategic analysis", "Strategic management", "Corporate strategy", "Training in management", "Business communication", "Reputational management". In 2009 she took an active part as a speaker - consultant in training the employees in structural divisions of the Administration of Rostov region and the regional bodies of the Executive power on issues of business etiquette, improvement of the culture of behavior of civil servants.

In 2010 Round table training on Ethics was held for civil servant employees of the Ministry of education of Rostov region. She participated actively in the development of a project of create a pilot energy technology for industrial production of complex processing of coals on the basis of nanotechnologies (2009), in the creation ofbusiness project of the International Black sea center of intelligent network integration of SFU, as part of integrated development of Southern Russia, in order to initiate and coordinate research interests and educational activities arising from the combination of the educational infrastructure of SFU and the resort environment of the Black sea coast (2011). She participated in the creation of the "concept of industrial policy of the city of Rostov-on-Don for the period till 2020" (2011).She also participated in the development of long-term target program "Creation of favorable conditions for attraction of investments and development of innovative activity on the territory of the city Rostov-on-Don for 2011-2012". In 2010 she was the finalist of the competition of research works of graduate students and young scientists in the field of energy saving in industry "Eureka-2010",Novocherkassk. In she was 2015 the winner of the competition of cultural projects "Hypertext - XXI".

The total number of scientific and educational – methodical publications – more than 60 works with a total of 106,5 p. L. In the number of methodological papers –monograph, five collective monographs, 16 textbooks, ten of which are classified by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation.
