      She was born 24 Mar 1963 in Krasnodon Voroshilovgrad (Luhansk) region. From 1991 to 2008. as a social worker in the Municipal budget institution "Center of social service of citizens of advanced age and invalids of the Soviet district of the city of Rostov-on-don". In 2005, he received the profession of social work faculty of sociology and political Sciences of the Rostov state University. In 2011. successfully graduated from the faculty of sociology and political Sciences of southern Federal University on a speciality " Social work ". 2011. and currently working at the Department "Social technologies" of the Institute of philosophy and social-political Sciences, a specialist in educational and methodical work - 1 category.
