Research interests:

The main area of scientific interest is a theoretical and experimental study of the effect of resistance switching in oxide materials. Also my scientific interests are methods of obtaining materials of micro- and nanoelectronics by PLD and AACVD, as well as probe and x-ray methods for studying nanomaterials.
