Summary of Cultural Urbanism:
As a student of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Southern Federal University, I've started working in the field of urban cultural projects. I've organized the Lectorium project (together with Herzen and Kuleshov) as a course project on socio-cultural activities, which became the starting point for organizing public open lecture halls in the post-Soviet era (the extreme predecessor of the Znanie society in the USSR). For the project, we organized "Days of Architecture" in Rostov and the first city eco-festival "Botany", which cleared the territory botanical garden of the SFedU on an area of 70 hectares, the project "Botany" was highly appreciated by colleagues from the Association of Cultural Managers and during the South Russian project competition Creative south I received a grant for an internship in Berlin under the program "Urbanistics", where I first saw the fruits of the tactical urbanism technique. Organized the festival "Kinopolyana" in Samara. Then in 2012-2013 I worked in Moscow, in the Association of Cultural Managers on the project Biblionoch competition and the Changing Museum in a changing world of the Potanin Foundation, while studying at VGIK, returning to Rostov I created the cluster "Territory 16-61", which successfully existed for 4 years (2015-2019), organized and gave lectures on architecture, art history and cinema in the lecture hall "Lekstoria", https://t.me/lecstory://t.me/lecstory and other city sites, I conduct guided tours, organized city architectural quests "Kultgorod" in the framework of the lecture hall "Lekstoria", the project that became the winner of the competition Your move (2024). He became a prize-winner of the Higher League Olympiad in Urban Studies in 2021. He studied at the Higher School of Economics under the UPRG program on the transport track in 2021-2022. He received the presidential grant "Talent and Success". Finalist of the Potanin Scholarship competition (2024). Graduated in 2024 with honors from the SFedU Master's degree in Architecture (Urban Design program in English).
Creative biography:
I have been working in photography since I was 15 years old, at the age of 17 and 18 I became a prize-winner of the first city photo competitions (Photocrosses), then I began to dream of working in the cinema, at the age of 19 I started working as a deputy director. chapters. editor in photography of the interior magazine (Hi Home), participate in the journal of urban photo contests, at the age of 20-21 became the author of the covers of urban magazines, including with the animator, Oscar winner Alesander Petrov (zhur. Who is in charge 06.2008), then began shooting video clips for local musicians, graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of Rostov University, became a participant in the South Russian Biennale of Contemporary Art (2010), organized cultural projects (Lectorium, fest. Botany, Territory 16-61, Liniya Club, etc.) collaborated with A. Rastorguev (1971-2018) in organizing screenings of his films (Kinopolyana, Samara. Internship in the Urban Studies and Urban Communities program in Berlin (2012). Worked with V. Shamirov, He taught at the documentary film workshopof the Russian Reporter Summer School(2013, a graduate of our workshop won the Kandinsky Prize twice: in 2019 for her filmKaegha, and in 2021 for the film Roy). He worked in groups of multi-part feature films.
Currently, I teach urban studies at the DSTU IOT and sustainable architecture at the DSTU SHADI.
I am engaged in organizing and lighting concerts,
video mapping. I read and organize lectures, conduct guided tours, and create quests in my lecture hall "Lekstoria"
