The student production is based on the famous fairy tale by the Danish writer Hans Christian Andersen "The Snow Queen" and tells about young people Kai and Gerda. One winter evening, fragments of a magic mirror hit Kai in the eye and heart. After that, everything good and beautiful seems insignificant and ugly to him. Kai also stops being happy and becomes cold and rude towards Gerda.

One day, the Snow Queen takes him away to her kingdom. Gerda cannot stand the separation and goes in search of Kai. She will have to go through many trials along the way. During the trip, she finds herself in a beautiful spring garden, where its owner, a Flower girl, wants to keep the girl she likes.

 However, the raven shows her the way to the Summer Princess, who knows the way to the kingdom of the Snow Queen. The treacherous princess hides Gerda in a dungeon instead of helping.

Meanwhile, Kai, in the Snow Queen's chambers, forgets what joy and beauty are, but he still remembers Gerda, whom he once loved. This provokes the wrath of the Snow Queen.

 Crows help Gerda to free herself from bondage. Alone in a dark forest, she is captured by bandits. The young robber wants to force Gerda to join the gang. Suddenly, a reindeer comes to the girl's aid, who brings her to the Snow Queen's domain in Lapland.

The Lapland woman explains what should be done next in order to get closer to the cherished goal of returning Kai.  After all, the power that can defeat the Snow Queen lies in Gerda's warm heart.

 In the ice palace, Kai lays out the word "eternity" and at first does not recognize Gerda, but when the girl cries, recognizes her friend. After all, the power of true love can melt any ice that can bind the heart.

Thanks to emotional dialogues, modern dances, original costumes, and harmonious lighting design, amateur artists were able to fill a children's fairy tale with drama and expression, which carries a deep moral meaning. Surely this concert will remain in the memory of all its participants for a long time!
