This was made possible by the Studentourism program, which has been implementing a program of popular science visits for the second year.

The students visited Brest State Technical University, where an extensive educational and entertainment program was prepared for them:

meeting with the Rector of BrSTU Sergey Antonovich Kasperovich, who outlined the vectors of the university's development, as well as noted possible points for interaction;

visiting the competence center, getting acquainted with new professions for themselves, as well as with robots that are programmed by BrSTU students;

master class on Belarusian draniki, full immersion in the culture and cuisine of the host country;

a visit to production facilities: the Polesie toy factory, as well as the Kobrin butter and cheese factory with a tasting of new flavors of ice cream.

A mandatory part of the program was a visit to an incredibly strong place - the Brest Fortress, which took the first blow from the German side on June 22, 1941. On May 8, 1965, the Brest Fortress was awarded the title of "Hero Fortress" for its heroic defense in June-July 1941.

Unity with nature turned out to be possible in Belovezhskaya Pushcha, a state national park located in the Brest region of Belarus. Belovezhskaya Pushcha is the largest remnant of a relict primitive lowland forest, which, according to the ideas developed in modern science, in prehistoric times grew on the territory of Europe. There were also fairy tales: in the forest we got acquainted with the real Belarusian Santa Claus and received fabulous gifts from him.

The program ended with a visit to the Youth Patriotic Center on the territory of the Brest Fortress, where Belarusian schoolchildren take a course for a young fighter, get acquainted with the history and traditions of military training.
